Whether in the home environment, hospital or Birth Centre, we aim to deliver woman centred care and enhance the birthing experience of all our women. Our experienced team of professionals are committed to ensure that you and your partner feel confident and supported throughout your pregnancy and following the birth of your baby.

Booking details: Self-referral via your community midwife based at your GP surgery
Place of birth choice:
Midwife led setting: Home; co-located birth centre
Obstetric led setting: Delivery suite at Stepping Hill Hospital
You will be given a named midwife who is responsible for ensuring the care you plan together meets your needs and wishes.
Tour of the Unit: To book on a tour simply call the delivery suite and this will be arranged.
Visiting Times: There is open visiting for partners and whilst on Delivery Suite, other visiting times on the maternity ward are 2-3.30pm and 7-8pm. We are currently considering 24 hour visiting in all areas.
